We've had to postpone our Winter Congress and we’ll now hold it on July 23 (Welcome Pairs), July 24 (Swiss Pairs), July 25 (Teams) – COVID permitting. If you registered for an event and you will attend the same event on the new date you do not have to do anything – your entry has been updated automatically. However, if you won’t be playing on the new date you will have to withdraw yourself from the event.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Sessions:
Welcome Pairs Friday 23rd July - 12.30pm
Swiss Pairs Saturday 24th July - all day starting at 9.30am
Teams Sunday 25th July – all day starting at 9.30am
Registration and Payment: Entry is $15 (15 MyABF credits) per player for the Welcome Pairs, and $35 (35 MyABF credits) for the Swiss Pairs and Teams events. Registration and payment for all events can be made by using MyABF credits or by making a payment outside the MyABF system to the club's bank. If you choose to pay by bank transfer you must include your name and ABF number and ensure that your payment is received by the club before the closing date. There will be no provision for cash payments on the day except for the Welcome Pairs when we will accept walk-ins (subject to numbers) from players who have not already registered.
We will not award cash prizes but we will make a direct deposit to prize winners' bank accounts. So please make sure that you are able to give us the details on the day if you turn out to be a prize winner.

Transport
There is plenty of parking on site, with some conveniently located ACROD bays. The Club is easily accessed by buses in both directions along Canning Highway.
Catering
Bring your own lunch for there will be no lunch available for purchase at the venue. There are limited lunch options a few minutes walk away. Light snacks will be available during breaks in play.
The bar will be open at appropriate times.
Additional Information
No food or drinks other than water are allowed in the playing rooms. If you want to drink tea or coffee while you play, bring along a spill proof cup with a screw lid. Approved cups can be purchased for $4 at the Convenor’s desk.
