Ballina Bridge Club

STARTING TIMES: Saturday 10am, Sunday 9.30am

PRIZES: Generous cash prizes  will be awarded, determined by number of entries.  We expect to award prizes in 3 Divisions: Open, Intermediate and Restricted; 'Intermediate' is the middle third of the field; 'Restricted' is the lower third of the field.  (Last year we decided to have 4 Divisions so will be 3, or 4, depending on numbers and range of entrants.) And we award equal prize money per each division.

LUNCH: is included for both Saturday and Sunday and we will endeavour to offer Gluten Free and Vegetarian options - please advise any special dietary needs with your entry.  Our Lunches will be catered for us by the Lennox Head Lions; as part of our ongoing fundraising partnership with them. Tea/coffee and light refreshments will be available all day.

SATURDAY DINNER: - optional extra, pay on the day.  Join us for dinner at a local Club - which 'Club' to be confirmed.  This has proved very popular in previous years; a chance to catch-up with old and new bridge friends, and maybe not discuss the day's bridge hands!  We'll advise further once the venue is confirmed.

+ An invite for all 'Aspiring' Directors: John McIlrath, Chair of the NSW Directing Committee (and our Congress Director) will be presenting a Directors Training Workshop on Friday 17 April at Ballina BC.  (+ John will also be presenting a Workshop (different topics) 'up-the-road' at Tweed BC on Thursday 16 April.  You can check these out on MyABF.
