GENERAL INFORMATION
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the number of entries for the Regional Final the Chair of the Bridge NSW Tournament Committee and the Tournament Organiser, after consultation including Marie Pickering, President of IBA, the Tablelands-Illawarra State Championships Regional Final will be reduced to a single day event. Both Pairs and Teams will be played on Sunday 27th, pairs in the morning starting PLAY at 9:30am, and Teams in the afternoon starting PLAY at 1:30pm.
We are particularly keen for some of the players who were playing in the Teams Event to play in the Pairs as well. All entry fees will be halved and refunds will be issued by MyABF. Pairs and Teams already registered remain so, at the adjusted times. I have reopened entries to close on 21 September for additional direct entry. If you want to be added to an event as a club representative speak to club organisers (Dave Havyatt for IBA, Steve Brabyn for Southern Highlands.
Wherever possible separate divisions will be played as separate fields - for example the four team Open Teams will be played as a three round 8 board round robin.
